Beatrice practices both as a Worldsview partner and an independent consultant working with a number of associates. Beatrice has since 2004 partnered with entities in the private, public and non-profit sectors, as well as in the education sector. Her passion lies in working with people and being integrally involved in the shaping of individuals, teams and organizations to realise excellent performance, and in coaching individuals towards personal fulfilment. Prior to consulting and over a period of 21 years, Beatrice worked within the tertiary education and corporate sectors and held a variety of senior leadership roles within the arena of Management Development, Human Capital Strategy, Organisation Development and Business Change.  She is fluent in both French and English.
